On a Spring day in London’s Ladbroke Grove beneath the motorway on stilts a community exists. Against all odds.
Under The Westway is an experimental narrative written and made with the local community it shows a 36 hours slice of life within London’s famous Ladbroke Grove [home to Portobello Road]. Here lives 90s a local dreamer and trouble-maker on these streets he knows everyone everywhere and through his eyes we meet the real truth behind the area not just what the tourists see. Around corners, across rooftops, with cars flying by above - we hear and see the community's struggles, music history, social history, stories and melting pot of cultures. Will 90s find himself?
